CTUL Action Fund proudly endorses candidates who are fiercely committed to defending the rights of workers. These political allies are committed to fighting for the issues that are most pressing to low-wage workers and our families. They stand with us in fighting for the critical worker rights programs like co-enforcement, policies that give workers a seat at the table in setting workplace standards like the Labor Standards Board, and strengthening protections for non-union construction workers through the Building Dignity and Respect Program. We are excited to support candidates who will co-govern with workers in creating affordable and accessible housing for low-wage workers, centering low-wage workers in the city’s Downtown revitalization plan, and a city where everyone can thrive.

The decision to co-endorse this pro-worker slate follows the lead of low-wage workers, who met with the candidates to discuss their priorities, and believe that ranking all three candidates is crucial to guarantee new city leadership that will work with and for working class people.
